It is a different world now in labor markets. That's what the graph shows. The graph shows a fluctuation of 3 percent ONLY frm the top.

Labor Force Statistics from the Current Population Survey

This site has a chart, showing the labor force
participation rate . . since 2005 through Jan 2015.

From 2005 to late 2008 the rate was near, or above
66% . . . since obonzo got elected, it has slid to
below 63%.

It ain't started back up.
