Passover is about the SUN Passing Over the Ecliptic,from
it's death in Winter to it's rise in the Spring to it's lofty
height in Mid-Summer & it's eventual Fall in Autumn.......
Therefore the Sun draws a Cross in the sky,or four
stations over a yearly cycle........therefore it can be
said that Christ or the Sun walked the four stations of
the cross........


The most learned Rabbi's know this.........the rising & fall of the
Sun as it passes over the ecliptic mark their most religious days.

On Good Friday I take a sip of Passover wine and think about the City of David and the Via Delorosa and of course Jerusalem.

City of David. In narrow passages they wrote the Bible there and built the first temple and then Christ walked the Stations of the Cross.
Jesuit Theologians from Oxford and Yale will tell you it's about "Imago Dei". We are more than the children of Abraham and Sarah. Imago Dei, we are in the image of god.

In God's grace Orthodox Jews and Orthodox Christians end up in the same place. Christians are messianic Jews. And Jews are pre-cursor Christians,
I don't often go to Temple and I go to Church even less, but I like to think that after almost seven decades of squirming on those hard wooden benches I have divined the essence of what the whole story is about.
