We live in a gated community with 135 homes in our association and there's not a single privately owned pool (a few Jacuzzis perhaps, but NO pools) as we have a nice large community swimming pool and Jacuzzi (as well as a pair of tennis courts) that are maintained by a portion of our monthly association dues.
