...I dunno for sure, but it sounds like there is a gunshot after the guy is handcuffed and on the ground. It could have been a door slamming or any number of things though. Seeing the shooting is one thing, seeing what lead up to the shooting is something else. It don't look good for the cop, but I wouldn't convict him based on the video alone. Ya never know what lead up to it. That being said, I would offer that it is likely that whatever lead up to it did not justify the shooting, otherwise there would not have been a charge (perhaps).
