...welfare fraud exists whether you like it or not, same as social security fraud. We are currently sending monthly checks to more than five million people who are over 112 years old. There aren't that many people that old total on the entire planet. Medicare and medicaid fraud is also extremely popular. Fraud in government programs seems to be the rule rather than the exception and any fraud at all is not acceptable.
