Of all the people in this great country, Dick Cheney is the absolute LAST person who has any right whatsoever to say anything about Obama subjecting the next president to a 'terrible burden' after what he and the other neocons did while he was in office. At least George W. Bush decided to go back to Texas and take up painting as opposed to vilifying every move that Obama has made in an attempt to prevent the world from falling into another protracted and unnecessary war that will only bring riches to companies like Halliburton and utter hardship and sorrow to the families of all the young Americans who would be scarified on an alter of oil and for some misguided support for the State of Israel. If there was true justice in this world, Dick Cheney would have died in some European prison when his original heart gave out. There are still countries out there who are threatening to issue arrest warrants if he dares show his face in certain parts of the world. And yet he has the gaul to make the outrageous statements that he does and his refusal to accept any responsibility for his illegal and treasonous actions.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney said that President Obama’s negotiations with Iran would be a “terrible burden” from “the worst president we’ve ever had” on Tuesday’s “Hugh Hewitt Show.”

“This [Iran] is the most–one of the most radical regimes in history, headed up by the mullahs who believe in a very, sort of, I think, twisted version of the Koran, who are sworn to destroy Israel, who always have these big meetings. They did just this week, because they were negotiating in Geneva, shouting ‘Death to America.’ This is a totally radical regime that is the premiere sponsor of state terrorism in the world, and Obama’s about to give them nuclear weapons. It’s, I can’t think of a more terrible burden to leave the next president than what Obama is creating here” he stated.

Cheney added, “if you had somebody as president who wanted to take America down, who wanted to fundamentally weaken our position in the world, and reduce our capacity to influence events, turn our back on our allies and encourage our adversaries, it would look exactly like what Barack Obama’s doing. I think his actions are constituted in my mind [as] those of the worst president we’ve ever had.”
