...why is it "assumed" that killing our innocents will work and killing their innocents won't?

...Calley was an asshole. Tryin to rack up a big body count so he could be a general some day.

...I don't have all the answers. Perhaps I don't have any of them but I am a firm believer that those who are not with us are against us. Anyone of the muslim religion not actively trying to clean it up is as guilty as the terrorists doing the killing. I would feel the same way if Christians were doing the same things.

That's a load of hooey. It's probably the same rationale that was used by Lt. Calley at My Lai when he ordered his platoon to slaughter an entire town.

When innocent people are murdered, it just results in more opponents as the family and friends of the dead decide that their need for revenge is more powerful than their fear. If you're going to target the families of terrorists, then you might as well turn the entire area into a parking lot. Now, if you want to do THAT then you might get me to agree. I'm not sure that it won't come to that eventually anyway. Islam seems to be a terrorist group in its own right. Perhaps we just need to kill ALL Muslims.

But I haven't concluded that just yet. I'm content with first ordering all Muslims to leave America. If we get them out and keep them out, that would probably be good enough. Of course, it might mean that we need to stay out of their countries as well. Fair is fair.
