The thing that has me scratchin my butt is this: for the past 10 years, if you dared imply that Wave wouldn't be the next Google, or that Wave managed TPMs wouldn't be ubiquitous, or that WAVX wouldn't be double within a quarter or two, or that SKS was less than perfect, you would be met by a torrent, a fusillade, of hostility, nastiness, condescension and derision.
But now that SKS and BS have officially stolen these clowns' ENTIRE PORTFOLIOS, the response is a collective "Oh Well. It was fun. See you guys around."
So, they can't pay the bills (I sorta thought the delay of the Q was a sign of them being broke), don't have a way to raise money, and the employees are bailing.
