Sad. From his online persona, he seemed like a decent guy. Far from the typical retortive, antagonistic Wavoid.
If you know, and wouldn't mind commenting, can you say what it was that got him and kept him hooked? Did he know or had he met SKS? Did he know or talk with any of the ringleader Wavoids outside of the boards? You tried to set him straight, but something kept him under the spell. What was it? Was there something in his personality or was it simply that the scammers were just too convincing?

So, I just found out that another Wavoid that I had been keeping in touch with passes away back in June.

Bob was a true believer, I had many many phone calls with Bob trying to explain the folly of Wave as an investment. Bob persisted.
I'm actually glad that Bob passed before seeing Waves demise. He had lost so much money that he had moved in with his 90 year old mother. Bob was 67.
