I kinda suspect this guy was already in violation of a whole whiz pot full of gun laws and that there is no law you could pass that would have kept him from getting one. As far as him DEFENDING THE UNBORN I dunno anybody doing that. I do see a lot of attacks by the left on the hundred million or so gun owners who didn't shoot anybody yesterday.
