...might be true, might not. The truth is what ya can prove. Iffen it had been me, I woulda made a copy before I turned it over (if I had thought about it).

Rules of ecvidence are there for a reason. I bet even keystone has heard of them.

But when the video was examined the next day, there was a missing 86 minutes of footage, which included the time of McDonald’s death.

Darshane said he testified to a federal grand jury about this months ago, and he insisted that everything was working properly, so it couldn’t have been an error.

He said, “I was just trying to help the police with their investigation. I didn’t know they were going to delete it.”
