are you of the opinion that 350 million people should have their lives at risk because some are afraid to have better testing?

I think a gun owner should have to pass a test to get a gun, any gun.
Just as drivers need to pass a test.
And they should be retested every 5 years or so, just like eye exams for drivers.
And they should be registered like drivers, with the serial numbers of their guns.
