I get a bit queasy when I read about killing apostates. There is no interpretation of 'monotheism' that begets the slaughter of innocents because they do not accept your beliefs, and do not share your creation saga.
The idea that religion is benign or that all share the same humanistic tendencies is simply a daydream.
All religions do not relegate women to the role of breeding and sexually servicing men. This is an abomination by any definition.
All religions do not require women to wear bags in public and perform acts of degradation to serve men.
Coercive proselytizing is not Abrahamic. To associate Judaism and Christianity as equal to the barbarity the world is witnessing within islam is simple nonsense.
I am not about loving thy neighbor and turning the other cheek when your intention is to kill me.
Equating all religions is self evidently absurd.
Islam slaughters innocence in the name of God.
That's not religion. That's barbarism.
