And he should have, at that point, reminded them of the battle for Fallujah, a few years back.
Because, the battle for Fallujah was nothing in comparison to the battles for the now ISIL strongholds.
Oh, and that it would take upwads of 60-70000 troops to try and get it done, while the islamist propaganda will go full speed recruiting as "Americans would again be killing Muslims."
