Republican Admits Supreme Court Blockade Is Unprecedented

"We are setting a precedent here today," Sen. Lindsey Graham said.

The Republican leadership seems to be suggesting that this 'new rule' could mean that a president who wins a second term may automatically lose their right to nominate Supreme Court justices during their last 4 years in office.
