dispirit, their tech in his deposition displayed utter ignorance about what an iCloud backup is and WHAT it backs up, and he would have been CLOBBERED in court. They are stupid. The fact that they reset the password so the backups Apple was giving them stopped was the first sign of utter stupidity and ignorance.
