Loretta Lynch is the one who makes the decision of whether someone gets tried, DG. Therefore, the only way she will be tried is if Congress removes her from office. And then it would be up to the next Attorney General . . . who may well be another Democratic appointee.

But she won't be tried. What law is she breaking if she refuses to prosecute Hillary? None. It's more like dereliction of duty, something she ought to be FIRED for. It's not a criminal offense.
