On a last second buzzer beater, Villanova won the national tournament and title of college basketball champions.
They played tough all game against an excellent North Carolina team which on paper was expected to win.
My tournament brackets were destroyed by this year's so called upsets but I believe I learned something from this. They were not all "upsets". I think some teams are just not looked upon favorably because of the conference they play in and so are not given much thought by the so called "experts" and talking heads who demonstrate every single year they really don't know any more than I do..
Congratulations to the Villanova TEAM and to the many Villanova fans. I watched their last championship game on television as well and was rooting for them at that time as the underdog then also.
It was a well played game by both teams last night, one an annual powerhouse and the other not. Good to see the little guys step up and win!!!!
I believe KTC won our little NCAA Tournament challenge this year!
Me??? I came in dead last!!!!! lol!!!!
