I found it in my downloads, downloaded it and installed but no icon on the desktop, Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I will look around. Thanks DE

OK got it. I had to pin it to the task bar.........

Download location is a function of your browser. I'm afraid I can't help you with that. Well, maybe. IF you're running Firefox, you'll have a little down arrow on your toolbar. Click on it to see all the downloads. If you're running a different browser, you probably have the downloads location specified somewhere in the browser's configuration. chrome likes to use chrome://downloads/

If all else fails, you can always search your system for it. The download is named GwxControlPanelSetup.exe

After you install the program, it will put an icon that looks like this on your desktop. That's how you access the program.
