The simple answer is this: WHO is there to CHECK and BALANCE him?
The Liberal Supreme Court?
The RINO in charge of the House of Represents or the turncoat RINO who is President of the Senate?
TOO many republicans who are no different in any way, shape or form from their liberal, socialist, fellow American pillagers across the aisle from them.
Until we get someone with some balls to step up to the plate and actually not only say "enough is enough" but FOLLOW THROUGH with returning to and restoring the Constitution to its place as the guideline for government, it ain't gonna happen.
