COURT KILLS VA SCHOOL TRANS BATHROOM LAW
A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that a Virginia high school’s policy barring a transgender student from using the boys’ bathroom is unconstitutional. A three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals threw out the Gloucester County School Board’s rules after a federal judge had previously rejected Grimm’s sex-discrimination suit.
