Good Evening OCU!

Absolutely. The Governor owes his first allegiance to the children of Michigan.
He will be judged now by the quality of his response to his own negligence.

It is good to see the US Department of Justice jumping all over everybody, but even so, it is what is done to protect these kids that is first and foremost.

Surely the most technologically advanced civilization on Earth can efficiently monitor our water integrity.

The real 'criminal' in all of this is the Governor, Rick Synder, but I suspect that it will never get up that high. Granted, there is a recall effort underway so perhaps he might be at least thrown out of office in disgrace, which is about the best that you can do with elected officials.
