Texas Deluged By As Much As 18 Inches Of Rain

Most of Houston is shut down.

Just talked to our oldest son who lives 25 miles West of Houston and he said they got 17 inches of rain overnight and virtually everything is closed. All of his company's local restaurants are closed (he managed to get one opened last night but only to cover an important banquet however that was about all and even then they were way understaffed as people just couldn't make it into work).
