The story cites housing costs and traffic as the two main motivations behind the dissatisfaction, which is catnip to the cultural Marxists conducting and evaluating the survey.
“Affordable housing” is one of the perennial causes of the left and functions as a perpetual issue machine. Leftist’s zoning, rent–control, land use and landlord regulations serve to restrict housing supply and drive costs up.
