I have read ribit's query and De's explanation.
I have also given this a little thought and have tried to put myself in Bob's shoes.
While I despise pretty much everything that a certain other board thinks, posts, says, due to the FACT that a lot if it as outright lies, and slanderous lots of times, I think Bob, and I do not blame him, would likely not want to have a war of words between two boards.
I as well am guilty of directing comments about that "other" board and the sickness that is there.
I do not know what De may have written and it really does not matter.
Bob said it is over the top and he is the final word.
Let's just learn from it and move on and not make a lot out of it. I think he let's slide a lot more than he ever reminds us when we may have gone a bit too far.
And I think if we are honest, sometimes we simply just need to IGNORE the other board altogether and perhaps not make POINTED remarks specifically being BASE toward an INDIVIDUAL, no matter whom that individual may be.
It falls under the NO-NO list of personal attacks.
So again, while I do not know, (and do not want to know) what Bob has moderated, he did leave an explanation that whatever it was, it was "TOO PERSONAL", which pretty much tells us why some things were removed.
That's OKAY. We aren't going to lose any sleep over it.
Let's enjoy the new SURVIVAL Board and continue to post political commentary on Pope 4 and keep on moving forward!
THE NRA endorsement of Trump has plenty of things to bring out when compared to how HITLARY is ANTI- SELF DEFENSE, which means single women should not be allowed to defend themselves according to the HILDABEAST LIAR and PRTENDER IN CHIEF wannabe.....

Just how I see it folks. No big deal. I am actually glad because I have thought about some of the things I have posted and made mental notes to try to curb and tone down being too personal or specific.....
Not a bad policy. I am confident that Bob will monitor both boards objectively.
