Man Tells Muslim Worker At JFK: 'Trump Is Here Now. He Will Get Rid Of All Of You': DA
The man, from Worcester, Massachusetts, faces up to four years in prison.

QUEENS, NY — A Massachusetts man kicked a Muslim employee who was working in the Delta lounge at JFK Airport, mocked a Muslim prayer and told her, “Trump is here now. He will get rid of all of you," according to the Queens District Attorney’s Office.
Robin Rhodes was charged with a number of hate crimes and faces up to four years in prison for what Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown called "bigotry and hatred."
Rhodes, who had a layover in JFK flying from Aruba to Massachusetts on Wednesday night, walked up to the door of the office of the Muslim worker, the D.A. said. Rabeeya Khan was sitting in her office wearing a hijab, a traditional Muslim head covering.
“Are you [expletive] sleeping? Are you praying? What are you doing?” Rhodes said, according to the D.A., before punching the office door, which hit Khan's chair.
“You did nothing but I am going to kick your [expletive] ass," Rhodes told her, according to the D.A.
He kicked her in the right leg, the D.A. said, and Khan ran to the back of her office while Rhodes blocked the door. When someone tried to come over and calm Rhodes down, Khan was able to run out of the office to the lounge's front desk, the D.A. said.
That's when Rhodes "got down on his knees and began to bow down in imitation of a Muslim praying," according to the D.A.
“[Expletive] Islam, [Expletive] ISIS, Trump is here now. He will get rid of all of you," Rhodes shouted while on his knees, the D.A. said. "You can ask Germany, Belgium and France about these kind of people. You will see what happens.”
When he was arrested, Rhodes allegedly told police, “I guess I am going to jail for disorderly conduct. I couldn’t tell if it was a man or woman because their back was to me and they had something covering their head.”
His hate crime charges include third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and first-degree harassment.
