It turns of that the guy Trump pointed to appears to have no idea why he would have done that. In fact he admits that he's a wacko and a nut-job conspiracy theorist who has not actually produced anything that would indicate whether there was or was not any illegal votes cast. He's also a tax deadbeat (so perhaps he does have something in common with Trump after all) but doesn't' seem to be a very reliable person for Trump to base his entire argument on that Hillary got up to 5 million illegal votes.
