Yes, all these leftist bedwetters are doing is "judge shopping." And, unfortunately ... just like we have way too many sleazeball, ambulance-chasing attorneys ... we also have way too many Democrat-appointed "judges" (and even some equally stupid Republican-appointed "judges," too!) who freely believe that their extreme political ideology should supersede the law. One hopes that such unlawful "legislation" from these pretend "judges" eventually runs into a real judge, higher up the chain, who truly honors the law.

I agree with you - "judges" who show a consistent pattern of unconstitutional decisions need to be impeached.

I would like to see a law . . .

Such that if a judge clearly over-steps his authority
and is clearly denying or disobeying the law, or failing
to uphold the Constitution, said judge can be removed
by a higher court.
