...ya know if people who are not in this country yet have rights under our constitution, it would seem to me that a federal court judge could shut down drone operations. I can see a future controlled by libs where a soldier has to have a court order to shoot back.

In the short-run, the bedwetters will find provincial, leftist judges to temporarily dream up reasons why President Trump should stop his very constitutional actions, BUT in the end, when these cases reach a Circuit Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court, the nation's immigration law and President Trump's EO will stand ... and the bedwetters will go back to sucking their thumbs.
