I would be very leery of calling for a Constitutional Convention.

We could very easily wind up with the liberals and socialists
writing U.S. a new one.

We need to begin an assault on those who have desecrated
and demeaned the Constitution and force the 'powers that be'
back to what the original words and intents of the Constitution are.

We need to demand an amendment to the Constitution outlining
ways in which judges or legislators who violate the
Constitution can be removed.

I could go on . . .

Zim.

There are is a multitude of information about calling for a Convention of States.

In light of an obviously out of control Federal Judicial System, Federal Bureaucracy, Legislative, and Executive Branch - It is now time to call a Constitutionally Constituted Convention of the States for the purpose of addressing the problems.

Mark Levin is one of the most eloquent national voices on this issue, and appropriate links to articles, audio, speeches, and video presentations will be supplied on this board in later posts.

Governor Abbot, of the State of Texas, is also one of these voices.

THere are SEVERAL ISSUES to be addressed in this Convention.

Even among conservatives - there has been sharp discord about going this route. The primary argument against calling a Convention of the States, under Article V auspices, has been the fear of a 'Run Away Convention'. Many have addressed and rebutted this fear with sound logic and reasoning. Those arguments also will be presented, both pro and con.

IT IS TIME.
