That's the law. The President is incapable of admitting defeat so of course all he did was rescind.
I guess we will see him in court for the next order.
I guess the President is subject to judicial review because he is not authorized to rewrite the Constitution.
The Constitution is written in English. For anybody dumb enough not to understand why the President looks like an idiot. Read the decision in Marbury v Madison, check up on what John Marshall said, read the Bill of Rights and then read the 14th Amendment.
An idiot interpreting the Constitution will say idiotic things.
