Sure if you count the folks who are now working two part time jobs at the minimum wage and no benefits to replace jobs paying a decent wage with benefits. Burger Flipping is doubtlessly being taught in liberal instutions everywhere. Ya can learn to ask folks if they want fries with that order if ya hang around for the masters degree and it will only take you the rest of your life to pay off the loan.
