Always remember- it was an elitist REPUBLICAN who said people no longer had ANY privacy of our 'medical records' and our 'prescriptions' from the government.

That was George W. Bush - one of the first laws under his regime.

Jeb Bush would have been as bad, if not worse, than Hillary. Well ... that might be going a tad too far. *lol*

U.S. appeals court strikes down Florida law in 'Docs vs. Glocks' case

The so-called Firearm Owners' Privacy Act, passed in 2011 by Florida's Republican-led legislature, says that doctors can ask patients whether they own guns only if they have reason to believe in "good faith" that the information is medically relevant.
