I was working all day at my father's house getting things done in order to get it ready for sale.

Disposing of things is one of those things.

I have TWO really almost new power lift chairs, one even has HEAT and massage controls. That one is a country blue and the other is a nice shade of Gray.. Very comfortable chairs.

I also have a Balwin Console Piano that is like new.
Bought in 1983, made in 1982 it features a Bronze soundboard. It is a Pecan finish and there are no scratches and even the felt hammer strikers have no indication of string marks from striking the strings. A very nice piano that needs a home where it will be played.

Let me know if anyone is interested. I would give ANY of you a very good deal on a like new piano that was hardly ever played as neither mom or dad played. It got played at Christmas and sometimes at Thanksgiving by my brother or sister.

Anyway, I have had an appraisal on it for sale privately in my area and the low end was $1800.00

I would sell it for a lot less than that.

Just thought I would let y'all know. Maybe Cap'n Nemo should consider buying a piano and then reselling it instead of Ford Tauruses..... lol!!!!1 Just kidding cap'n.

Let me know if anyone is interested. If not, I understand completely........
