No worries there De. I just thought I would throw it out there for anyone who may have a real immediate need or just simply a desire.
It is a beautiful and great sounding piano about 43 inches high.

My brother who is concert pianist said the piano does not need tuning and the hammers don;t even have string marks on them. SO, it's almost brand new, just been sitting unused in the Great Room in mom and dad's house.

I'll post a picture of it later as I need to go back this afternoon and do some ceiling painting, a little plumbing, and hopefully finish the second bathroom's walls for prep for paint. As soon as that is done, I can then paint that bathroom, remove toilet, and have the tile layer come and lay the tiles for the two bathrooms.

Install new vanities, toilets ,vanity tops, lighting fixture, and faucets, plus hang and install new six panel doors with locksets and I am done with the two bathrooms.

Only 8 more rooms to go.........

micro,

re: " Let me know if anyone is interested. If not, I understand completely........"

I'd have been interested if circumstances were different, but I'm downsizing also. We're donating my piano to the school in May. Joey won't need another of his own for at least four years. He'll make do with the pianos at whatever school he picks, and he'll have his electric keyboard and his synth when he comes home each summer.

The sad part is that I'll be buying a piano again one day, but not until the new house is built. That will probably be 3 or 4 years from now. Until then, I just won't have the space.

Sad
