...same here. Copper from here to the "node" then it goes to the central office by magic I think. Ever since they put in the node I have had problems. I had to talke to about a dozen people before I could get my dsl line disc. The last one I thought was gonna cry. I told her if they had shown as much interest in fixing the problem as they did trying to keep me from leaving I would not have considered leaving.
BTW: do not mention to anyone that you are a former employee of da phone cumpny if ya has one disconnected. Ya has another dozen hoops to jump thru.
