The Piano is sold. Took 24 hours since I posted it on Craig's List. Going to a good home and is a birthday present from a young woman to her father who does play.
So I feel good about that. De, it was too bad you were not ready at this time but I understand completely. College is more important and also you are taking on quite a project with that major move you have coming up as well.
I would have sold that to you or anyone else here for a grand even. As it is, I sold it for $1650.00 and the buyer is very happy.
So that much weight is off my shoulders.
Next up: a PAIR of POWER LIFT chairs. Gray and Blue.
The blue one has HEAT, massage, as well as lays flat or literlly will stand you upright on your feet from a sitting position. The gray one does not have the massager or heat but also goes flat to standing position. Actually, they make GREAT recliners for sleeping in.....
SO that is my next Craig's List offering.....

The DINING ROOM Buffet, Hutch, and table and chairs is pretty nice also....
I can see an Estate sale in the near future......
