...I bought one of them super duper doo doo scooper grills with the "infra red" cooking. The grill part what ya putz the meat on gets crap stuck to it and ya can't get it off. Paid nearly two hundred bucks for it and it's a real pos. I have spent more time cleaning it than I have cooking on it. I am going to put is next to the street with a sign "FREE POS GRILL" and just leave it til somebody picks it up.

Amazing how that worked out! I actually have a decent gas grill on my patio and I do the grilling in rain or shine using much the same methodology your sweety used, an umbrella! I don;t lt a little rain keep me from a good juicy steak or a few good hamburgers with some Bleu cheese crumbles mixed in..... Heaven in your mouth....
