partisan up around Harrisonburg Virginia registering
dead people to vote.

A James Madison University student allegedly admitted to re-registering 19 dead Virginians to vote in the upcoming presidential election.
Virginia is considered a battleground or swing state that could go either way in the election, making every vote crucial.
According to the Daily News-Record in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and other news outlets, the individual involved is allegedly Andrew Spieles, reportedly a member of the Virginia Young Democrats and who was affiliated with a local Virginia voter registration organization called HarrisonburgVotes. The James Madison campus is located in Harrisonburg.
The HarrisonburgVotes webpage and Facebook page appear to have been taken offline as of this writing.
The FBI and police in Harrisonburg cops are reportedly looking into all registrations submitted by the HarrisonburgVotes project since February.
The Washington Post reports that a savvy clerk recognized one of the registrants as a local WWII veteran and retired school principal from a prominent family who passed away two years ago.
