sorry to learn of your victimization you have experienced.
Then you know that ONCE it has happened to you, IT IS TOO LATE. That is why although YES, I cherish freedoms also, we would be better served BEFORE a recreational drugged up smoker who has no idea what is going on around him/her, harms yet ANOTHER person.
We cannot stop it all.
We can SLOW IT DOWN with some common sense is my position. And I do not think these pot sellers on every street is a good answer to people driving under the influence.
Just more victims are created.

Not in the least. All they did was cause harm to both YOU and to me and lots of other people.
IMO, there is a point where liberties of doing things that profoundly impact other people's lives need to seriously looked at and maybe controlled.
The rest of us have rights also and one of those was to not be killed or harmed by people under the influence of marijuana....
That's all. It isn't personal.
TO BE CLEAR, what I am sating and against, is uncontrolled, non regulated without medical supervision the free sale of marijuana to anyone and everyone who simply says they want it and need it for medical use.

I don't. THAT is what scares me... Ju7st as much as drunk drivers who I would willing put in front of a firing squad.
WHY can't we just do a better job of WHO gets marijuana for actual, real, medical use???
