...BTW: I cannot speak much for the current crop of cops. Back when I was a cop if ya seen somebody running after dark ya could shoot em cause they was bound to have done something bad. ...laws in some states have been changed to DWI (driving while impaired) That covers every thing from Whiskey, Heroin prescription meds whatever. If you is impaired you is illegal. The cops don't have to prove what you were on either. If ya fail the sobriety test you is toast.
