Mr. Wizard - Yes - Jimmuh was indeed an extremely poor president- BUT ... in terms of violations and gutting of the Constitution - he doesn't hold a candle to the traitors on that list. I might place Jimmuh on the list - but certainly less damaging than Richard Millhouse Hussein Nixon. Might put Herbert Walker Bush at #11 - and move those lower on the list up a notch - with Jimmuh coming in at 10 - but for the life of me, can't think of egregious Constitutional violations by Jimmuh like the others on the list. Inflation under Carter was directly caused by RMN and his reign. Yeah - he screwed the pooch with his idiocy in Iran - and set the stage for the rise of the global caliphate.
Posse Comitatus - GWB eradication - glad to see somebody else acknowledges just how dangerous that GWB action was - and the 'Patriot Act' which should be called the 'UNpatriotic Act'. Suspension of habeus corpus, indefinite detention, and 'medical reporting requirements of ALL citizen medical records to US government' were extremely serious. GWB paved the way for the HusseinCare - very deliberately.
