Obama changed the law that forbid the NSA to share data with all other agencies. Now before the privacy seal is put on it, they can share. It's then easier to leak intel gathered by a FISA warrant without getting caught.

Levin says that Obama placed operatives in positions where acces to intel was readily available. Now that it's disemwnated so widely it's next to impossible to track the leak source.

FISA warrant intel can never be shared publicly.

Listen to him from last night to learn exactly what they are up to. A whole apparatus was created by Obama to subvert the will of the American people.
