Many years ago I remember reading that most 'normal people'
get shafted on IPO's. Something about the 'chosen ones'
get to buy the IPO at the relatively low initial price then
then 'they' get to sell at inflated prices to the fools
trying to buy into the IPO.
End result? I have never even considered buying into
an IPO.
