First summer after I moved in . . . .
I discovered what the previous owner had described as
'seasoned fire wood' was really rotten and laced
with the devil weed.
So I dressed out, long sleeves, gloves, hat, mask.
Yanked out and trashed as much as I could. Then ran
for the clothes washer, stripped neckid and threw
everything in then ran for the shower and scrubbed
long and hard.
Next day was out again to spray what was left with Roundup.
And next season spray it again.
I avoided getting it that time. Now it is just keep
an eye out, and spray it when it comes up.
...wear some of them rubber glove thingys ya can steal from a hospital and a mask. Take a bath within a day or two of getting it on ya. Ya will be fine.
