South Africa President Jacob Zuma has called on parliament to change South Africaâ€™s constitution to allow the expropriation of white owned land without compensation. Zuma, who made the remarks in a speech last Friday, said he wanted to establish a â€œpre-colonial land audit of land use and occupation patternsâ€ before changing the law.
