Not happening.

Giving a tax break to the poor who pay little or no tax could be Mickey Mouse talk, but stead is poor people's death panel. Why? Because it is simple math: No tax paid=no tax break=no money to buy insurance with=death becomes them.

A tax break of $4000 for those who are older means the same thing: death panel. How much insurance does $4000 buy for a, let's say, 60 year old, eh Ryan?

So much more too, but we'll expand in time.....

Even republicans won't vote for that POS.
