This same area. I don't retire until early next year, but my landlord has decided to repair and sell his house this summer. So we're going to move most of our belongings to NH in April, and then move into an apartment in June. With Joey heading off to college in August, it'll be fine.
I wish my barn was ready, though. Work on it still hasn't begun. I blame the damned power company since electricity is important when building. My garage in NH is big, but it's still not enough. I need the barn.
