Face it: the success of the leftist mainstream media depends on people being stupid and having no memory. Do they actually think they can cover the same thing positively when a Democrat does it and negatively when a Republican does it, and people won't notice?

Apparently, they do, at least when it comes to the recent replacement of U.S. attorneys (all of whom serve at the pleasure of the president). When President Bill Clinton did it, they were being "replaced" (as Politico would have it), but when President Donald Trump did it, Politico said they were "ousted."
