...as soon as the feds get their fingers into something it quickly loses it's intended purpose and becomes a minorities jobs program. TSA, Post Office, anything else.

And there we have it. Hiring blacks and Hispanics has become more important than hiring qualified teachers.

And here I thought the purpose of our schools was to educate our children. It turns out that their purpose is to provide jobs to minorities.
